Diversity & Community Service
Part of BBM’s mission is to ensure that our state of the art behavioral health interventions reach all segments of society, including individuals from diverse groups with regard to: race, ethnicity, culture, socio-economic status, religious affiliation, and sexual orientation, among others.
Our commitment to diversity is reflected in our staff members, who, besides representing diverse backgrounds, are also experienced in addressing the role of differences in psychotherapy. We also offer services in several languages other than English, including Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Korean.
We offer a very affordable reduced fee scale for individuals who can’t afford any of our services not covered by insurance.
We also have an established collaboration with the Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center (JMSCHC) located in Allston and Waltham, MA., offering specialized behavioral medicine training to psychology interns working in their primary care behavioral health program. JMSCHC is one of the leading community health centers in the Boston area that serves a predominantly diverse racial, cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic population.
We are proud of our efforts to ensure that our state of the art specialty behavioral medicine services are available to all members of society.
