Group Programs

At this time, we offer virtually-held DBT Skills Training Groups led by Grace Lawton, LCSW and Dr. Yanina Gonzalez, PsyD. Due to the nature of DBT therapy, you must be in individual therapy in order to join the group. Before joining a DBT Skills Group, you must first complete an initial consultation with the clinician leading the preferred group.

Adult DBT Skills Group (led by Grace Lawton, LCSW)

  • Starting Wednesday, March 1, 2023

  • Hosted virtually via Zoom on Wednesdays from 5:45PM - 7:00PM

  • 20-week program, 5-weeks per module

  • Review all four DBT skills modules:  Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness


This group is aimed at helping group members navigate relationships—intimate/romantic, family, friendships, etc. Not only will group members learn skills to help them better understand their needs and communicate them to others, but they will also have an opportunity to learn from each other as each member brings in their own relationship experiences. This group is targeted toward people in their 20's and 30's. Group members will have the opportunity to continue for another cycle in the summer or fall, if interested.
